At Handyleafmy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your appliance is damaged, defective, incorrect, or you are not happy with it, you may request a return or replacement under these terms:

1. Eligibility

Products can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery if:

Damaged during delivery
Manufacturing defect or malfunction
Wrong item or model delivered

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear
Missing serial numbers, warranty stickers, or packaging
Personal hygiene appliances (e.g., electric toothbrushes) can only be returned for quality issues once opened; exchanges not allowed
Custom-made or special-order appliances

3. Return Process
